COMPANY OVERVIEW

Founded in 2023 by Todd and Jennifer Doupona, the Weeks Development Group is a family owned company with the goal to create value for real estate investors, builders and high net worth individuals by transforming raw land into ready-to-build lots. Todd and Jen are assisted in their company operations by their 10 year old daughter Molly and 8 year old son Finn. The company is headquartered in Charlotte, N.C., and operates in Nashville, Greenville, and Charlotte. Through experience and partnerships, WDG serves every major market in the Southeastern United States.

TODD DOUPONA

MANAGING PRINCIPAL

Todd’s love of development and construction goes back more than 30 years when his father opened a small land development company. After 4 years of poison ivy, he attended Siena College where he graduated with a BS in Political Science and the goal of becoming an attorney. That goal quickly changed when he became a project manager for a construction management company and eventually regional builder. Todd relocated to South Carolina in 2005 where he began an almost 15 year Career managing all facets of land for the Pultegroup. He then joined Century Communities, where he was promoted to Regional Vice President over the Southeast and Texas. In this role Todd continued to grow his network and skillset across the country. This role also brought Todd and his family to Charlotte in 2021.

JENNIFER DOUPONA

PRINCIPAL

Jennifer was raised in Summerville, SC before attending the College of Charleston. With a background in project management, communications and administration, Jennifer runs the command center for the Weeks Development Group managing schedules and teams with efficiency. Prior to getting involved in real estate, she had careers in sales and education, and today she applies skills from that work to the complexities of real estate entrepreneurship.
